Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the total room tariff is charged at the time of booking, the balance is payable on arrival at the guest house.
Once a booking has been made 50% of the deposit is non refundable.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged 100% of booking value.
Prepayment is required for incoming flights.
Check-in is available from 12 am on the day of arrival (earlier checkins are available by arrangement)
We ask that you check out by 10 am on the day of your departure.
There is no charge for parking on the night of your stay. For any other nights there will be a charge of £3.00 per night. (Please see our tariffs)
Cars are parked at owners risk.
Transfers are offered FREE of charge to Gatwick airport on the morning of your departure between 4.30 am and 10 am. At all other times transfers can be arranged at only £8.00 per journey to or from Gatwick airport.
All prices include VAT and Continental Breakfast.
